My organisation

AmaliTech bridges Europe’s need for ICT experts with Africa’s need for sustainable jobs.

Founded in 2019, our highly qualified and remote teams from Ghana and Rwanda work closely with international clients to drive forward their digital agenda and secure future competitiveness.

As an ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and TISAX-certified company, we offer different types of collaboration models ranging from integrating specific competencies into client teams to building and growing longstanding AmaliTech teams for our clients. Ultimately, this approach allows clients to build scalable tech teams at globally competitive rates and mitigate risk by diversifying their sourcing strategy.

Our over 300 Software Developers, Software Testers and Data Scientists are based in four offices in Ghana and Rwanda, where they successfully work with international clients. A maximum time difference of two hours and English as the main language allows for smooth collaboration.

At the same time, AmaliTech Services GmbH, based in Cologne, Germany, makes it easy for European companies to collaborate with AmaliTech by handling contracts and non-technical matters within the European borders.

Our social engagement in Ghana and Rwanda sets us apart from classic outsourcing providers. Through the creation of sustainable jobs and continuous learning opportunities, AmaliTech contributes to empowering youth in sub-Saharan Africa:

Tech graduates have the opportunity to join the AmaliTech Training Academy in Ghana and Rwanda, where they are provided with training in tech and soft skills, therefore setting the foundation for subsequent successful international collaboration in one of AmaliTech's offices.

As a social business, the surplus is reinvested into training and the social impact projects
